This notice explains the information OptiServ receives through the website and service workflow, and how it is handled.

Information collected
When you contact OptiServ, we may collect your name, contact details, company, equipment details, serial number, reported issue, location, required date, delivery preference, photographs, videos and subsequent service records.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess service requirements, prepare estimates, manage approved work, issue service records and invoices, maintain custody and inventory records, and meet legitimate operational or legal needs.
Sensitive equipment information
Serial numbers, client identities, private media and job records are treated as operational information. They are not shown in public service cases or to investors unless appropriately anonymised or separately authorised.
Service providers
OptiServ may use carefully selected hosting, database, file-storage, analytics and communication providers to operate the website and service workflow. Access is limited to what those functions require.
Retention and deletion
Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for enquiry handling, service history, accounting, security and applicable obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to records that must be retained.
Cookies and measurement
The website may use privacy-conscious traffic measurement and essential sign-in storage. Non-essential advertising trackers will not be added without an appropriate notice and control.
